This gym is fantastic! Our 12 year daughter started a month ago and has enjoyed every second! We can already see her feeling more confident and love knowing she is learning how to defend herself. Coach Josh is great with the kids and incorporates various techniques while letting the kids use him as a punching bag! Highly recommend!!
