This is one of the most amazing gyms in the area. Never too crowded and all of the other members are friendly too. You never have to worry about feeling judged if you are new to lifting. I’ve been working out at there since high school and all through college and the new owner has made this place even better. The owner is super nice and knowledgeable about so many things related to health and fitness.
Ive been working out for over ten years and have been a member of almost every chain gym on the east coast. This is my favorite gym that I have ever been a member of. There is plenty of space to workout without feeling confined. Everyone on staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been a member since the new ownership and am loving the direction the gym has taken to appeal more to fitness and weight lifting oriented individuals. This is a privately owned/operated gym, which I personally prefer over a chain gym due to the hassle free membership, freedom of membership options, and penalty free cancellation. The Office is a wonderful Gym all around.
One of my favorite places to train in the Charlotte area. Gives you the "old school" atmosphere with the smell of iron plates and who does not love to hear those plates sing. Staff/Owner are friendly are do an excellent job ensuring their facility stays clean.
Best place in Lake Wylie/Clover area hands down. Never too crowded and never have wait to use any equipment. Gym is always neat, clean, and organized. Staff is very helpful and kind. Been working out here for 5 years now.
Probably one of the more serious gyms I've been to. This place is for people that simply want to get work done. They have an array of iron plates and lots of old school machines. None the less the endless renovations they have put into the place since the previous owners. They have really transformed this place into something great! Definitely my go to place to go workout.
